Privacy policy

PropClash is a free pick'em game for friends. This policy explains what we collect when you use the PropClash app and website, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@propclash.app.
What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, precise location or payment details. PropClash is free to play, with no deposits or cash prizes.
Who can see what
Members of a league see each other's display names, scores and picks. Your picks for a game stay hidden from other members until that game starts. People outside your leagues can't see your leagues or picks.
Advertising
PropClash may show ads to keep the game free. Ads would be served by Google AdMob, which can use your device's advertising identifier and similar data to show and measure ads. On iPhone, personalized ads are only shown if you allow tracking when asked, and you can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data for ads.
Services we use
These companies process data for us only to provide their service:
- Supabase: database, accounts and sign-in
- Expo: app delivery and website hosting
- Resend: sends sign-in codes by email
- Google and Apple: sign-in, if you choose them
- Google AdMob: ads, if and when ads are shown
Game data such as schedules, lines and stats comes from a sports data provider and contains no information about you. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you use PropClash. When you delete your account in the app, your profile, picks, points and votes are deleted right away, and any copies in backups are gone within 30 days. Leagues you ran pass to another member, or are deleted if no one else is in them.
Your choices
- Change your display name in the app under Me.
- Delete your account in the app under Me › Delete account, or email us.
- Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing support@propclash.app. We reply within 30 days.
Age
PropClash is not meant for children. You must be at least 17 to use it.
Where data is stored
Your data is stored on servers in North America operated by the services above. If you live in Canada, your information is handled in line with PIPEDA and you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
